Artificial Intelligence is already changing how businesses work, but what does that actually mean as a career? This course gives students a practical, realistic look at the world of AI work through the lens of an AI specialist in a modern workplace.
Across 10 modules, students explore how AI is used in real companies, the tools businesses rely on, and how AI supports decision-making rather than replacing people. The course also looks at teamwork, responsibility, and what happens when AI is misunderstood or used poorly. A full project example shows how AI can solve everyday business problems step by step.
Students then zoom out to discover the wide range of careers connected to AI, from technical and data roles to business, design, and problem-solving positions. The course finishes by exploring routes into the field, what entry-level work actually looks like, and the personality traits and skills that suit this type of career.
